Fall Race Canceled

Dear Participants,

First and foremost, we want to express our deep gratitude to everyone involved in battling the Vista Fire. Thanks to their efforts, the damage was significantly mitigated, and we are thankful that the situation was brought under control.

After the fire was largely contained, I collaborated with Aaron to explore potential alternative routes for the upcoming race. We had identified a promising option that could have been ready in time for the September event, contingent on access to one of several alternative starting points. However, we were informed that the entire area would remain closed through the end of October, and we have switched focus to planning ahead for 2025.

We are tentatively planning to hold the race on September 6, 2025, pending updates on area accessibility. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available, including new coordinates and course details once the area is reopened and the new route is finalized.
